Summary:
A wonderful Anglesea holiday home backing directly onto the walking track via private gate and just moments from Coogoorah Park.

The Space:
This spacious house equipped with air conditioning and gas log fireplace is close to the river and the shops. Your family will love the large rear yard to kick the footy or play a game of cricket, combined with the large covered deck which is great for BBQs and entertaining, outdoor hot and cold shower an added bonus.
The property is close to numerous bike paths, walking and running tracks, the golf course, kangaroos grazing, masses of wildlife, river and of course the Anglesea Main Beach and kid friendly Point Roadknight Beach, both are patrolled in the busy summer months.

There are doonas and pillows but all other linen is BYO included towels, there is a hire option available via the agency if you wish. +++Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
