Yacht Club Villa 9

This luxurious, four bedroom villa offers spectacular views of the Yacht Club Villas' waterfront lagoon pool and magnificent Dent Passage. It's just a short walk to all of the key attractions and activities on Front Street, and also flows directly into the waterfront reserve - making it an ideal choice for discerning families.

Location.
The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Views.
Villa 9 offers magnificent views of the waterfront lagoon pool, as well as the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and the turquoise waters of Dent Passage. A large, comfortable living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and provides easy access to the shared lagoon pool.

Australian Design.
Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. It also includes stunning contemporary interiors and artwork with a unique, Australian style.

Arrival Service.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Your Villa also includes a custom hamper box and a bottle of wine.

High-end interiors.
Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of capsules are supplied, so don’t forget to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.
This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool.

Luxurious bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms in Villa 9. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed, and the other two have a queen bed. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 have an ensuite, and bedroom 4 has an external bathroom. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
