With four spacious bedrooms and an incredible waterfront location, this luxury villa offers an unforgettable Hamilton Island experience. One of only two front-row villas within the Yacht Club complex, it offers designer interiors, two golf buggies, and a large rumpus area that's ideal for groups and families. This villa also includes a private plunge pool.

Views
Set at the front of the Yacht Club complex, this three-storey villa offers uninterrupted views across to Dent Island. A private terrace on the lower level, with an outdoor dining table, is an ideal place to admire the sunset. There is also a terrace off the main bedroom on the top level, with sunlounges.

Location
Ideally located right alongside the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, you're a close walk to all the shops, bars and cafes on Front Street, and a short buggy ride to everything else the island has to offer.

Rooms
Set over three generous levels, the villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, groups of friends or extended families. Two of the rooms feature queen beds, and two feature king beds. There is also a large rumpus room on the ground level which has a pool table and 2 x Rollaway bed (on request only). This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Contemporary Australian design
The striking contemporary design of this villa, by renowned architect Walter Barda, maximises the incredible view. Large louvered windows allow air and light to flow freely. This villa was also completely refurbished in 2019, with new carpet and soft furnishings throughout.

Premium features
A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals or entertain. There is also a coffee machine, separate laundry, sun lounges, air-conditioning throughout, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This villa also comes with two buggies for your private use during your stay.

Waterfront pool
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will have access to the complex's shared lagoon pool, which is located right on the water's edge.

Concierge service
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you receive access to our friendly concierge services during your stay between the hours of 8am and 5pm, 7 days a week, to assist with restaurant and tour bookings. You will be met at the airport upon arrival, and can either collect your buggies at the airport or request a transfer. Your Villa also includes a custom hamper box and a bottle of wine.

Baby's First Holiday
Prepping, planning and packing for a holiday with a baby can be anything but relaxing. To lighten the load, Hamilton Island offers a selection of free items (as well as paid items by request) that can be ordered in advance and placed in your Yacht Club Villa when you arrive. Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
