Very nice stay in a great location

Thoughtfully appointed basement unit was exceedingly comfortable and cozy. Great location - very central to exploring Denver for the weekend. On street parking was always available. Communication with the owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend this apartment.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend! We had everything we needed, so many details were taken care of. The beds and bedding were comfortable and there were many thoughtful extras everywhere. Thanks for a great weekend!

Very cozy and comfortable

We departed Honolulu it was 80° when we arrived in Denver it was 28 and snowing. We were very happy to have this comfortable and cozy oasis to come to. Maria could not have been more responsive to our needs.

Comfortable and great location

This was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable, the living area is small, but cozy. There are many extras such as toiletries, gourmet coffee additions and cocktail options. Maria's communication was great. Check in could have been complicated without the very detailed instructions that made it very easy to find and enter. Overall a great place to stay!

Short stay on busy weekend. A problem was quickly handled by the owner. Unit has only one sink and that is in the bathroom making use of the “Kitchener” awkward.

Home away from home…

This was not the first (and won’t be the last) time I have had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cherry creek getaway. When I need to be in Denver more than a night this is my go to spot. The location is perfect… you can walk to all the restaurants and shopping you need while being in a secluded getaway on a classic Denver tree lined street. Easy to get downtown for work or onto the freeways for an afternoon trek into the mountains… The owner has thought of everything to make your stay feel like you are at home. The attention to detail and high end touches allow you to relax at the end of a rough day at work or time spent seeing the sights in Denver.

Quaint Retreat

This house is super cute, had more than we could have asked for! Everything was really organized and we loved how things were labeled! Example (one plant container in the bathroom said "legs") it had extra razors in it for our use, so thoughtful! The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch too! Coffee bar/nook was stocked! Flavored syrups for coffee and even bitters for mixed drinks! Very impressed with how cozy it felt, great decor and the home owner was extremely nice and helpful! Check out process was the best, there was only one request, take a pic of the parking pass...so nice! Would definitely stay again! 💗 Much love for this little Cherry Creek home!

Cozy Cherry Creek Stay

We loved Maria’s charming rental in the heart of Cherry Creek. She has obviously put so much effort into decorating this place, and we appreciated the special touch. Very walkable location - restaurants, coffee, stores and bars just a few blocks away, and the houses in this area are unique and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Maria!

Perfect location and set up for our young family

We lived in Denver for several years, so we knew the area we wanted to stay, and this was perfect. Walking distance to all of our favorite Cherry Creek restaurants and coffee spots. Easy and safe street parking. Plenty of room for two toddlers, an infant, and both parents.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

The attention to detail was INCREDIBLE, and the location was perfect! Very walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had every accommodation and amenity we would want, and then some! There was even a note letting us know that the herb garden out front was fair game, if we wanted to use the herbs for drinks or food. Maria went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure we were settled in nicely to the property. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location & hosting

This is a beautifully maintained property on one of the best streets of a beautiful area, just two blocks from the shops and restaurants of the Cherry Creek area. The host is wonderfully helpful, allowed us to move dates when our plans had to change, and could not possibly have been kinder. Thanks, Maria!
