The open-concept layout makes the space feel airy and inviting, with large south-facing windows that flood the loft with natural light and provide peaceful harbour views in every season.
The loft is accessed via a secure ladder, giving it a true loft feel and unique character. While compact, the space is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, including a modern kitchen for preparing meals, a washer and dryer for added convenience, and high-speed Wi-Fi for guests who need to stay connected or work remotely.
The living area is comfortable and uncluttered, perfect for unwinding with a book, enjoying streaming TV, or simply taking in the view. A heat pump provides easy climate control, keeping the loft warm in winter and cool in summer.
Outside, a private patio with a dining set overlooks the harbour; an ideal spot for morning coffee, fresh air, or a quiet evening drink. The waterfront is just steps away, and several beautiful beaches are a short drive from the property for guests looking to explore the South Shore.
