Summersand’s is a family owned seasonal vacation rental property with three, two bedroom cottages available for hire. Cottages are cozy and clean offering a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, TV/living room and dining area. Each cabin also has an outdoor deck /patio complimented with a propane barbeque and additional outdoor dining area. Also, enjoy the Nottawasaga riverside social area and the spacious surroundings featuring volleyball, badminton, bocce, croquet, riverdock fishing, fire pit with free wood and much more. Free parking and bicycles included.

After many years of retirement Summersands is back for your enjoyment. We are located on the shore of the Nottawasaga River with a short 5 minute walk to the Beach and 10 minute walk to Downtown activities.
Our cottages are rented for a minimum of 4 or 5 days.
Enjoy the Riverfront patio/deck for sunning, swimming, fishing or Happy Hour.
Get active with some badminton, bocce ball, or volleyball on the court. Post sunset roast marshmallow around the fire pit.marshmallow around the fire pit.
The space
This clean cozy 400 sq.ft. cottage has two small bedrooms with double beds, full kitchens, living room, bathroom with stand-up shower and patio or deck with BBQ. Bed linens, bath towels are provided but there is no laundry service. Beach towels are not provided. (Bed linens may not be exactly as shown in photos)
Guest access
Guests have access to approximately 1 acre of property with volleyball/ badminton court, riverfront swimming /fishing /deck, adult bicycles, fire pit and BBQ
In total there are 3 Summersand's Cottages that can be booked for a special occasion with a larger group.Other things to note
Our cabins are best suited for families and quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.. Small to medium sized, well-behaved pets are allowed with a cleaning fee.
Guidelines for pets:
Pets must be on-leash while on the property
All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of appropiritly
Pets must not be left unattended in cottage for lengthy periods
Pets must be kept off all furniture and beds in cottages
Summersand's Riverfront Cottages is owned and operated by Jane and Mark Bolton. Mark was 16 when his father (Hugh Bolton former Toronto Maple Leaf 1950-1958) bought the property in 1975. Mark and Jane are former Restaurant owners and are still "Hands on" property managers ...trimming grass and planting flowers some 50 years later.
