Accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably, enjoy the open plan living inside and alfresco dining in the private rear yard and deck area.

Casa ConnWilli @ Thirroul Beach offers open plan living downstairs with a view of Thirroul Beach Reserve.
Open up the sliding doors in the lounge area and the bi fold doors on to the rear deck and let the sea breeze flow through.
Walk across the road and through the park and you take a swim in Thirroulls' Olympic salt water pool or dive in the Surf, it is at all at your doorstep!
Watch the kids in the back yard while you prepare your dinner in the kitchen or on the BBQ or let them play the playground in the park
If your here for work there is a desk downstairs and two upstairs, take your pick!
The master bedroom has an ensuite and a verandah for you to have your morning coffee and take in the view.
There is a queen bed at the rear of the property upstairs with a room for the kids in the middle!
The main bathroom is upstairs and contains a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
There is another toilet downstairs in the laundry area.
There is parking for 1 or 2 cars in the driveway and free parking on the street. Leave your car in the driveway for your stay as you can easily walk up the street to Thirroul Village. Anitas Theatre and the Beaches Hotel are close by for your entertainment options and you are spoilt for choice with many cafes and restaurants to choose from also a short walk away.

I was raised and have lived locally in the Northern Illawarra all my life.
I love the area because of the proximity of the escarpment to the sea and how the holiday homes I proudly manage are amid both the coastline and bush.
Living in this area we are spoilt with spectacular views and wonderful scenic drives, beaches to surf and play in and an escarpment to explore and I love to share this with visitors to our region.
