Situated in the heart of charming Niagara-on-the-Lake, this spacious and stylish home will perfectly suit your needs whether you are traveling with family, friends, or if you just want a whole house to yourself.
This home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and a day bed ( sleeps two) in its own room. With 3.5 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
This spacious home is located about a 20-min walk away from the down town Queen and King Street which features plenty of charming and unique shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, museums, wineries, and parks. You can catch a show at some world-renowned theaters, such as the Shaw Festival Theater and the Royal George Theater. You can also enjoy amazing lakeside views at the lake, and go for a spa at the Pillar and Post hotel.
The public library and the community center with a local coffee shop inside is just around the corner, steps away from where you will be staying. Jackson Triggs Winery is a brisk walk away where you can enjoy wine tastings, tours, and concerts in the summer.
After exploring, come back and wind down in this quiet and comfortable home. You can rest in one or all of our 3 bedrooms; 2 upstairs and 1 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs, or chat together in the spacious sitting room and kitchen, with a TV and comfortable couches. Chill in the hot tub on the back patio, enjoy a BBQ, or just relax on the porch. Catch some sunlight in the daybed room, right beside the sitting room, with lots of windows and a comfortable bed.
The basement is like an entertainment district! You can watch a movie with a large screen projector and a surround sound system, or play some pool with a large pool table with object balls and cue sticks provided. There is also a bar setup as well, where you can have a drink or mix your own drinks (bring your own alcohol!). There is also a full bathroom in the basement.
You can never get bored in this home, and it will definitely enhance your already-packed trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake! Come experience the best of both worlds--immerse yourself in the beauty and history of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and enjoy a convenient and comfortable home away from home!

Guests have access to the entire house, except for the storage room in the basement and the garage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Minimum age to book this home is 25 years. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including overnight guests and visitors.
Please be aware that the Niagara-on-the-Lake noise bylaw is enforced 24/7. This means that at any time of day or night, guests cannot create excessive noise outside that may disturb the quiet neighborhood. This includes loud music, prolonged loud conversations, or yelling.
Bringing extra guests or visitors without informing the hosts, as well as hosting loud parties, creating excess noise in the backyard, will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Please note that street parking is not allowed. We have a large driveway available, so please park only in our designated area.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.
For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!
Property Maintenance: During your stay, our lawn maintenance team may be working on the property. We also handle garbage and recycling collection every other Thursdays/ Fridays.
Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps.
Coffee Maker: We have a drip-style coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, and coffee filters for your convenience.
