Ro-ana for 6 is a fully refurbished, original cottage located in the heart of Gerringong. Decorated with a modern beach vibe, the cozy interiors create a laid-back, peaceful space. Where will I be?

Ro-ana is very centrally located in Gerringong, with shops, cafes and restaurants all just a five minute walk away and Gerringong's Boat Harbour rock pool is only 700 metres from the house. Drive five minutes north to Werri Beach or five minutes south to the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa. Local wineries and wedding venues are within an easy drive.

Ro-ana for 6 is a quintessential beachside retreat with thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a home - vegie gardens, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, outdoor fire pit and a great backyard! Werri Beach, Seven Mile Beach and the centre of Gerringong with its cafes and boutiques are all close by. The hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect for when you return from the beach and the relaxed interiors create the perfect space for a family or small group of friends to come together.

How is the property laid out?

Ro-ana has two queen bedrooms and a third sleep out area with a queen bed that is open to the living area and overlooks the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, cooktop, microwave and a coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso pods. The large dining table can comfortably seat 8. The living area, with its beautiful fireplace, has sliding doors that open onto the backyard. There are two bathrooms, one that is next to the sleep out area with a shower and toilet, and the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage, along with a table tennis table.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please bring your own account details to login to streaming services.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

The front and back decks at Ro-ana mean you will be able to sit in the sun any time of day. The mature garden allows plenty of privacy and the lawn area is perfect for games or children to play. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower, and a sheltered area with built in BBQ and a firepit. Guests are also welcome to pick from the vegie garden.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

The two bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living area has a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also a fireplace in the living area to keep you warm in the winter. The cool sea breeze is the best way to stay cool in the warm weather.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
