Perfectly positioned within an easy, flat 650m walk to the foreshore and a leisurely 1.2km stroll to Blairgowrie Village, this sun-drenched retreat delivers a welcoming coastal escape. At its heart, a north-facing courtyard invites private outdoor living, featuring alfresco dining and an undercover BBQ/prep area. Inside, a well-equipped modern kitchen, instant heating and a cosy open fire deliver all the comforts of home. A retreat suitable for any season, allowing pets upon prior approval.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host's properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Property is dog friendly upon prior request and approval – conditions will apply.
• There is a building site next door which is expected to finish end 2025. The builders have advised they don’t work weekends or public holidays.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.
