Perfectly located, you can park your car and explore the area by foot, with Bulcock Street’s shops, cafés and patrolled beach just a short stroll away. With great amenities, a prime location, and serene seaside vibes, this is the perfect coastal getaway!
The Space:
As you step into this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront apartment, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all designed to showcase the picturesque water views. Step onto the balcony, where a cozy seating area awaits—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the serene coastal atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a hassle-free stay, featuring a fridge, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. The living area exudes coastal elegance, with a plush sofa, air-conditioning unit, a smart TV, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. The spiral staircase in the living space leads to your private rooftop retreat, offering spectacular panoramic views of Bulcock Beach, Pumicestone Passage, Golden Beach, and Bribie Island. As part of the apartment complex, guests have access to a communal pool and an adjacent jetty for mooring a small boat or jet-ski.
Bedroom One: The spacious main bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, an air-conditioning unit, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom, and a ceiling fan, plus sliding doors open onto a private back balcony.
Master Ensuite: Includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom Two: Perfect for kids, this room is furnished with two comfortable single bunk beds, a wardrobe, and a pedestal fan.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with a private rooftop terrace and one car space in the secured garage. Guests will also have access to the complex pool area and jetty on Pumicestone Passage.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment is Bulcock Street, the bustling main street of Caloundra. With an array of restaurants, charming cafes, and eclectic shops, complemented by a Sunday morning market. Bulcock Beach is situated approximately 350m walk to the patrolled beach, plus cafes and restaurants to enjoy along the foreshore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area, playground and beach pool on the beachfront which is a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is approximately a 600m walk to Bowman Rd (in front of Woolworths) where bus services operate to Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore (northbound) and across to the road southbound to Caloundra Station.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
