"The Florida Havens" is a private collection of beach front homes along Florida's Space Coast and includes:

• "Beach Haven"

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to two entire homes connected by a rear patio. The Havens at Beach Street features 8 private bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and smart TV, and 10 bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 4 living rooms, and 2 laundry rooms, plus a large parking area. Outside, you'll find 2 private pools, hot tubs, patios, and a backyard for relaxation. Beach access is just a 2-minute walk away. The front door keycode will be provided automatically before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located on a quiet side street, primarily surrounded by single-family homes and condominiums. This peaceful setting offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local amenities. Explore nearby attractions, dining options, and shops, all within a convenient distance. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while having easy access to everything The Space Coast of Florida has to offer.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located off of Rt. A1A in Melbourne, Florida, our property offers easy access to transportation options. Ample private parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those preferring ride-sharing services, Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in the area. The closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB), approximately a 15-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport (ORH) is about an hour drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend using a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel experience.

To ensure a peaceful and well-maintained experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:
