This stunning 2 bed, 2 bath apartment offers a full gourmet kitchen, a relaxing bathtub, smart TVs, and stylish open-plan living. Step outside to enjoy Melbourne’s best luxury bars, restaurants, and shopping, all on your doorstep. The free tram and Southern Cross Station are just steps away, making exploring the city a breeze.

Guests have access to exceptional building amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, fully equipped gym, private lounges, and beautifully designed communal spaces. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Guest will have the entire stunning apartment to themselves. They also have access to the incredible building facilities. To access the facilities please scan the QR Code at reception and complete the online form, then give your keys to the concierge to activate your fob for you.

We respect the privacy of our guests during your stay. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, we are here to help.

Guest Support hours are available via message from:
9am - 9pm Monday to Friday
10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday

In the case of an emergency you may call us, however calling this line after hours could result in additional charges.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the main booker who had placed the reservation are required to complete an online check-in form and provide a copy of their ID before arrival (this information can also be found in your booking confirmation) for a smooth process of receiving your check-in details on the day of your arrival.

1) Prohibited Activities
Smoking inside is not allowed.
Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).
Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

We kindly request you to:
Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
Remove all personal items.
Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.
A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured.
Please leave the property in a tidy state.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.

4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods.
Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.

5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.

6) Housekeeping
Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Please note that our properties offer self-check-in until 11 PM. If you require check-in after 11 PM, a personalized check-in can be arranged in advance.

This service will need to be outsourced to a third-party provider and will incur the following fees:

$69 for check-ins before midnight.
$99 for check-ins after midnight.
A surcharge applies on public holidays.
Keys are collected at a nearby CT Mart and you will required to fill in an online check in form with your identification before you receive your key collection code. This property has a NO PARTY, NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING policy. Minut sensors are installed to alert responders to noise, crowds, and smoke. Guests who break these rules will be removed without refund.

False advertising

They advertised a balcony thats why i booked abd therecwas no balcony very small apartment so we took our morning cuppa down stairs in the garden only to find everyone in said apartments own dogs and big dogs and they cane down to the gardens to poo next to you and wee on the walls we were sitting on we used tge oven once it tripped the power out so we decided not to use it again we had to pick the keys up from a shop ut was quite a walk great location but woukdnt stay again as there were cheaper ones in same location if you didnt want a balcony overall very disappointed i have used stayz for so many years including 3 stayz in melbourne and this is my only bad review
