It is centrally located close to Skytower, Queen Street, K' Road, Ponsonby. The Open plan dining & living area, a floor-to-ceiling sliding door with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, a super comfy bed with quality linens, contemporary furniture, unlimited high-speed wifi, and private laundry facilities. Perfect for both travel and business trip.

This stunning studio is located on a tree-lined street adjacent to Queen Street. It is a building with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym facility.This is a nice place for small families, couples, solo mates, business trip travellers, and educational trip travellers.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electric stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.
A floor-to-ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax in the living and dining areas. There is a comfortable 2-seater sofa, a 43-inch smart TV with Freeview channels, free unlimited fibre Wifi and a dining table with chairs.
Deluxe comfortable bed. Each apartment has high-quality, hotel-standard linens, towels, and blankets. We also prepare an iron and ironing board/steamer iron and cloth hangers for the guests.
The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There is also a private in-unit washing machine and dryer.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook a meal. We also prepare tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil.
A portable air conditioner is provided in the apartment.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the whole apartment and also have access to the In-Building Gym, Sauna and Heated Swiming pool level 1.
The Neighborhood:
5mins walk to Queen Street (the main street), Kroad (famous with unique and famous cafes, eatery, bar, and boutique stores). 10mins walk to Waterfront, Ferry Building, Britomart.
Only 10 minutes’ walk to one of Auckland’s chicest eateries, City Works depot home to an eclectic range of creative and talented hospitality groups.
Take a 10-minute stroll to Sales and Drake Streets, which buzz day and night with locals enjoying an afternoon beer, fine dining, or the tunes of local bands and DJ’s on sun-drenched balconies with uninterrupted views of Victoria Park – truly a place to indulge in.
Or take a 20 minutes stroll to Auckland’s hippest street, where you can shop all day and play all night, Ponsonby Road. Here you will find some of the best coffee in Auckland, the latest in fashion, vibrant weekend market days, local fresh organic produce, abundant bars, and restaurants.
Airport Express Bus station is 10mins walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
We have more than 20 one-bedroom apartments in the same building from the 1st floor to the 14th floor, so if you have a bigger group, feel free to contact us, and we can help you book multiple apartments with a discount.
There are a couple of options for parking
1. We have limited on-site parking for rent in the apartment building (there are only a few spots, so we only take advance bookings if they are still available). The cost is $25 per day.
2. STREET PARKING
-Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 0-2 hours :$ 4 per hour, 2 hours+: $7 per additional hour
-Weekends and public holidays 8 am - 6 pm 0-2 hours :$ 2.50 per hour, 2 hours+: $4 per additional hour
-Overnight: 6pm - 8am $2 per hour
3. Wilson Parking (89 Greys Avenue, 3mins walk from the apartment)
Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours.
4. Civic Car Park (299 Queen Street, 5mins walk from the apartment).
5. Grand Millennium Parking with Parkable APP (71 Mayoral Drive, 2 mins walk from the apartment)
7 days available - $3.50 per hour or $16 max per 24 hours.
The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
