This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a peaceful trip in a central location in Essendon, with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks within easy reach. The open living area features comfortable furniture, while the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick snack or a meal. The bedroom is a peaceful haven, complete with a comfortable double bed, fresh linens. Book now and experience the ultimate in comfort and style!

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge & Dishwasher
Iron, Washing machine provided.
WIFI within the house and a TV!
A small gas barbeque is provided in the backyard.

Please Note: key collection time: Sunday-Thursday: 8:00am-10:00pm, Friday-Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm, please make sure you could collect the key during the key collection period before you make a reservation.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks ,use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear and there's an outdoor BBQ available for use too!
Party and event are not allowed please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.
Please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off. Melbourne can be pretty cold during the winter month and the heater is available in the apartment, but please turn it off all the time when you leave the apartment or not in use.
Only 1 set of keys is provided, please take care of it, replacement costs will be charged for the lost key.
There's one basement parking space in the building.
Security camera will be on at the outdoor patio.
Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

There is a strict no party/ events policy as we would appreciate that our guests respect our neighbours and our building!
Additional Rules:
NO SMOKING Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.
NO PETS: This apartment doesn’t allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.
NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
