Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was located in the perfect spot for our stay— easy walks to attractions and it was nice having Longo’s Food Market in the lower level of the building. Great city and lake views!

Exceptionnal stay - wonderfully located- clean - full of activities for teenagers nearby. Parking underneath (). Appartment much more equipped than others - host super responsive. Do not hesitate a minute for a vibrant experience in quiet, top notch building.

Great view and location

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this high-rise condo during our first trip to Toronto. The location was ideal for what we wanted to see and do, which included a show at Second City and a visit to the Art Gallery of Ontario. Katy Perry was playing at Scotiabank Arena right next door but we didn’t hear the noise. The owners have done a nice job decorating this place and you can’t beat the view but a few additional conveniences and a clearer check-in process would make guests feel more comfortable.

The location was incredible. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The building entrance was hard to find. We were excited for the ammenities (gym, pool, hot tub, sauna) however when we checked in with security/front desk, we had to sign a piece of paper stating we arent allowed to use them as they are for residents only. This was super disappointing and should be taken off the listing. We also had to sign saying that the host is the primary resident and would be present during our stay which i felt uncomfortable doing since it wasnt true. I received one message from the host regarding check in 2 days prior to our arrival and then no other communication. We were having trouble checking in and we couldnt get a hold of them. We had questions during our stay and they never responded. They didnt even send us any check out requirements. I heard absolutely nothing our whole trip and just figured stuff out myself. The apartment is amazing and great location but the communication was non existence.

**Overall:** Kind host and great location, but a stressful checkout and a few cleanliness/maintenance gaps meant we couldn’t give 5 stars.**Pros*** Booking mix-up fixed and extra nights refunded—even though it was a “non-refundable” stay. We were SO GRATEFUL and excited for our stay!* Early check-in granted so our toddler and infant could settle comfortably from prior destination.* Secure building with grocery store, full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds (low guest bed ideal for kids).* Steps from CN Tower, Aquarium, and Scotiabank Arena—loved catching the hockey crowd outside.**Cons*** Host barged in exactly at checkout, watched his watch, told us 15 minutes more was “too long” when all our bags were packed near the door already, then waited in a closet by the door while our children cried because he terrified them by coming into the space suddenly as a stranger—turned a good stay into a stressful exit.* Check-in details vague; condo complex name and clearer key directions would help.* Floors hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned; our kids kept picking up other people’s hair.* Washer/dryer are tiny and slow—important to know for family loads.* Cool neon light in guest room unusable (missing power cord).
