Charming cottage, Clos de la Fontaine, is a 215 m2 villa with 4 spacious bedrooms all equipped with individual bathrooms and a balcony or terrace. The house also offers large common areas both indoors and outdoors while providing intimate spaces.

The house has a cooling system (it is not air conditioning) which diffuses gentle freshness throughout the house. Even if it's 40 degrees in full sun outside you won't have more than 25 in the house.

Numerous wooden terraces with numerous shaded areas allow you to relax while pleasantly enjoying the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
An ideal place to rest and discover all the treasures of the LOT.
The LOT is a department preserved from a lot of pollution, so spring water flows from the taps in the house, the air is pure and fresh at night (what joy in the hot season!) and above all from the terrace or the room balconies you can enjoy the magnificent starry skies of the LOT and admire the Milky Way or the showers of shooting stars.
