Ideal for up to 5 people, this T3 of about 50 m² offers an ideal setting and location to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life on foot and stroll from alley to alley. Everything is easily accessible, shops, restaurants, beaches, Calanques, markets, etc. take advantage of the parking space provided to forget your car during your stay.
Being on the second floor, you have a view of the roofs and therefore a beautiful brightness that makes the living room very pleasant with its 3 large windows.
The kitchen integrated into the living room is modern and very well equipped to cook good dishes for your loved ones.
You will have 3 sleeping spaces available.
First a room with 2 single beds that can be brought together to transform into a double bed of 160 x 200. This room offers two independent wardrobes. A small room is equipped with a single bed of 90 x 200 with a small desk and wardrobe. In the living room, a sofa convertible into a real double bed of 140 x 190 offering a good quality of sleeping.
All bedding is recent and of quality. Sheets and towels are of hotel quality.
The shower room is independent, equipped with a suspended toilet and a washing machine.
Everything has been designed to allow you to relax by the sea to the rhythm of the typical Provençal life that offers the old town of La Ciotat.
We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

Other remarks
A parking space is available at the Indigo "vieux port" car park near the town hall. It is about 700 m from the apartment. You can park nearby to drop off your luggage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
The apartment cannot be rented for parties or events.
The animals are refused.
The apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
Check-in time: 4pm -7pm, Check-out time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charm and free of traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass by houses whose construction stretches from the 15th to the 19th century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are an invitation to take pleasure in the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, …
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also take your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet mountains or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
Transport
You will enjoy all amenities nearby. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.
The bus station is 260 m away, the SNCF station 4 km away and accessible directly from the bus station by bus (line 40).
The Calanques of Figuerolles, Mugel and the beach of Capucins are about 15 minutes walk.
