The Cottage

Step inside this modern, light-filled home where comfort meets style. The open-concept layout and large windows flood the space with natural light, framing the breathtaking lake views.

• Living Room: Unwind on the plush sectional sofa after a day of adventure. Large sliding doors lead directly to the covered main-floor deck, where you can barbecue and dine while taking in the stunning scenery.

• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals with a view. A kitchen bar that seats four creates an inviting space for family and friends to gather.

• Loft: Upstairs, the loft offers a private retreat with a second queen bed, a dedicated workspace with lake views, and a full bathroom. It also opens onto a second private deck, ideal for sunbathing or stargazing.

• Amenities: We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a barbecue for your use.

This cottage comfortably sleeps six guests, with a maximum capacity of eight.
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with ample storage
• Second Bedroom: Bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top)
• Loft: Queen bed.
• Living Room: Queen-sized sofa bed

Important Guest Information
• Seasonal Availability: Pools and hot tubs are open from May 1 to Thanksgiving. Other activities and rentals are also seasonal (typically mid-May to mid-September).

• Groceries: Limited options are available at the on-site market. Larger grocery stores are a 30-minute drive away.

• House Rules: No parties, smoking, pets, or unauthorized guests. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• Community Bylaws: As this is a resort community, we kindly ask that you respect and follow all resort bylaws to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Fines resulting from guest violations will be the guest's responsibility to pay.
