Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking waterfront views and a tranquil, serene atmosphere in the heart of Elizabeth Bay. Whether you’re here for a relaxing vacation or a city escape, this stylish retreat is the ideal place to unwind.
The Space:
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy meals at home.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property!
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Please Note: NO SMOKING IN OR OUT OF THE APARTMENT
The Neighborhood:
Small speakeasies, swaying palms, and towering masts comprise the skyline in Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay, two inner-Sydney suburbs that grace the harbor's edge. Nearly urban but sporting every suburban amenity, Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bay feel equal parts connected to the core of the city and removed from its big business endeavors. Instead of lunch hours or rush hours, Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bay residents spend slow hours dockside, parkside, or yachtside.
Getting Around:
We recommend to download the - CityMapper - app. Its the ultimate Transport app in Sydney.
There is a bus stop at the door to Kings Cross Station and CBD
5 mins walk to Kings Cross Station
2 mins walk to Rushcutters Bay Park with running paths and exercise stations all the way to Darling Point
5 mins walk to Macleay St Potts Point that has a great Buzz and Cosmopolitan lifestyle including the Famous Fountain square area and the best Pattiseries,Cafes and Restaurants in Sydney
20 mins walk the Woolloomooloo and Finger wharf restaurants
30 mins walk to Art Gallery of NSW
40 mins walk to Sydney CBD
2 mins walk to the Corner Store
5 mins walk to Woolworths or Coles Supermarkets that also deliver
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest.
