Set along the picturesque Rubicon Estuary, The Boat House is a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. While the owners stay in the main home at times, your guest house is entirely private, offering a quiet sanctuary to relax. Wake up to stunning water views from one of two generous queen-sized bedrooms, then start your day in the beautifully designed open-plan living and dining space. A fire-look gas heater adds warmth and ambience, while air conditioning ensures comfort in every season.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep effortless, complete with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. Tucked away just off the kitchen, a cozy sitting room with a Smart TV offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Outdoors, the shared courtyard provides a welcoming space to enjoy the fresh air, while your private gazebo in the backyard offers a peaceful retreat for morning coffees or evening drinks. If you're feeling adventurous, nearby walking tracks invite you to explore the coastal beauty at your own pace, and a boat ramp makes it easy to launch onto the estuary.

With WiFi throughout, you can stay connected while embracing the tranquillity of this waterside escape. Whether you’re here for quiet reflection or a refreshing change of pace, The Boat House offers a space where you can truly relax, reset, and feel at home.

Guests at The Boat House will have access to their own private and fully self-contained guest house, located next to the main house. While the property is shared, the Boat House is completely separate, offering guests their own peaceful and private retreat.

Outside, the front courtyard is a shared space between guests and the main house, providing a welcoming spot to enjoy the fresh air. However, the backyard is exclusively for The Boat House guests, featuring a private gazebo where you can unwind, take in the serene surroundings, and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

For convenience, guests also have allocated parking on the property. In addition there's an electronic gate to access the property, providing added security of an evening.
