Slow down & relax in our modern beachside home set amid great Norfolk Pines. Nestled in a tiny seaside village surrounded by Yuraygir National Park's untouched beauty, it's a haven for adventurers and beachcombers alike. Swim, surf, fish & explore breathtaking bushwalks. Unwind with board games, read a book in the hammock, watch for whales or just take in views of the mighty Pacific. Then fall asleep with refreshing coastal breezes and the calming sound of crashing waves. Serenity awaits...

The Space
This modern house has been thoughtfully designed, with clean spaces and expansive ocean views imparting a sense of peace and tranquility. Wake to breathtaking views of the sun rising over the Pacific in one of the two, large king bedrooms or nuzzle into the cozy queen bedroom. For kids, there is a large bunk room promising hours of imaginative play. Gather for fun and games, or just relax in the large living room.

Making the most of its natural setting, the home features huge sliding doors and bifold windows, creating a seamless and harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. A modern and well-equipped kitchen stands ready to facilitate effortless cooking, with a spacious dining area to serve up your culinary creations. Step outside onto the large deck to soak up the sun or enjoy an evening beverage while savouring the sweeping 180° ocean views.

Guest Access
The entire house is available to let. In addition, you are welcome to use the bikes and outdoor games in the garage. See the guest manual section for more information.

Other Things to Note
We invite conscientious guests who are looking for a dreamy holiday in a beautiful, quiet spot by the sea. This is our family home. It is not a party house. No parties or events are permitted and we ask all guests to be respectful to the home, our neighbours and everyone in the small community of Minnie Water.

- No more than 6 guests can stay overnight (8 when paying the extra guest fees). Infants and children must be included in the guest count. We are firm on this policy and will charge extra if more than the agreed number of guests stay.

- No boats, trailers, caravans or camper vans may be parked on the property or directly in front of it or the adjacent properties.

- No more than 2 cars in the driveway without notifying us.

- We do not allow pets and cannot make any exceptions. Sorry.
