This gorgeous spacious home is perfectly for family beach holiday, girls weekends or golfing weekends all year round also suit for wedding guest. Fantastically situated between Sorrento and Rye, you have the best of all beaches, walk to the back beach or front beach or Blairgowrie shops and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and supplies. There's room for all the family to spread out in comfort. this home as 4 BDRs, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 living spaces, dinning room, outdoor dinning and outdoor living space and glorious sparkling pool. Master bedroom with QS
bed ensuite, with mirrored robes, smart tv, sliding doors opening onto alfresco area

You can be assured that you will love the style and absolute comfort here with amazing spaces to relax and unwind. Whether it's relaxing by the sparking pool, under the outdoor lounge area or spreading out in one of 3 spacious living areas indoors, the choices are many. Great location, with just over a kilometre to Blairgowrie village, short drive to Sorrento or just a 10 minute drive to the hot springs and golf courses
we do have external security cameras at front of the property and at the garage and at the back yard for safety purposes

The pool can be heater above 22 degrees at a extra changes

This is a lovely spacious family home .our family loves fishing in the port Philip bay love golfing such great golf course around the area and fantastic restaurants and wineries in the area that we love going to on a weekend also the beautiful hot springs just around the corner and beautiful walks along the back beach and the front beach
