From the semi-private elevator step out into your own private entry foyer. Through a solid glass door you step in to a spacious hallway with gleaming mahogany hardwood floors. The hallway leads your gaze straight ahead to the ocean view veranda. Enter the great room where floor to ceiling sliding glass doors frame the westerly view. Just outside the sunset glistens off the pools, and the palm trees gently sway. Your private veranda has an outdoor dining table for up to six guests, chaise lounges, and club chairs. The outdoor living area is so comfortable you may never want to even venture down to the swimming pools or the ocean front walking path.

The kitchen is complete with every imaginable small appliance for your cooking pleasure. Originally built in 1940, the Kapalua Cliff House has been completely renovated and is now used as a historic private event venue. The Cliff House accommodates 10-40 guests on two levels. Facilities include a large screen television, restrooms, a shower, fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, refrigerator, ice machine, and BBQ.

For children ages 5 - 12, Montage's immersive signature kids "Paintbox" program is designed to spark the imaginations of our youngest guests. With locally inspired arts and crafts, captivating group games, outdoor recreation and included meals and snacks, Paintbox provides an array of experiences and creative pursuits are available in half-day or full-day sessions Thursdays through Mondays at select times. On Thursday and Friday nights from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, the signature Paintbox program provides care and entertainment for the youngest members of the family. Some remodeling construction is going on in one of the buildings within the resort near the lobby area, but it's closed off and generally a "non-issue" for guests of 5201 Maui Haven. We have not heard of any noise impacts.

This residence is not managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts. It is managed exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. Montage manages the homeowner's association and the public resort areas of the resort. There is no relationship or affiliation between our agency and Montage. Starting mid-March 2026 Montage will no longer have a presence on property as a new management firm will be hired to run the resort services and the AOAO/HOA with new branding to follow.

You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Montage at Kapalua Bay sometimes hosts luaus on-site. This villa is a 2nd floor residence. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required. Concierge service for this vacation residence is provided exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. Maui Haven is not managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts. Maui Haven Premier Grand Residence 5201 at Montage Kapalua Beach is a privately- owned residence managed exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. *In an effort to ensure the enjoyable and comfortable experience of all guests at both our Resort Pool and Beach Club Pool, please be advised of the following policies:

- Chaise lounges are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be reserved or held beginning at 5:00am by in-house guests only.
- Chaise lounges reserved or held must be occupied by 10:00am or will be cleared and reissued to other guests.
- We will hold your chaise lounge for up to two (2) hours, between 11:00am and 4:00pm, so that you may enjoy dining at our restaurant.
- Chaise lounges not occupied for more than two (2) hours between 11:00am and 4:00pm, will be cleared and re-issued to other guests.
- No outside food or beverages permitted.
- Day Beds are available for rent for personal use throughout the day at your leisure. Reservations can be made by the pool.
- Should you wish to spend time on Kapalua Bay Beach, you will have access to complimentary towels, chairs and umbrellas on a first-come, first-serve basis. To make arrangements, visit the lobby concierge.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.
