Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home base. Walking distance to University of Manitoba Bannatyne Campus, University of Winnipeg, HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER, Children's Hospital and Cancer Care. The Museum of Human Rights, The Forks, MTS Center, Restaurants and shopping are all within a 5 minute drive. PARK FOR FREE in our backyard with no height restrictions.
Free cleaning once per month. Please note a nominal $100 cleaning fee is charged at booking which covers the cleaning and restocking of amenities at checkout.
This home has two suites. One in the upper level and one on the lower. This is unit number one and is on the lower level. We do have tenants living in the upstairs suite. There are no shared spaces except for the yard.
This unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials like Dishes and cutlery. In addition to the stove we've provided an air fryer to aid with your cooking needs.
Insuite laundry is free.
