Designed to capture panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, it features spacious open-plan living, a gourmet kitchen, grand piano, spa pool, home cinema, elevator, and more - all just minutes from downtown Queenstown.
This stunning villa, designed by Mason & Wales Architects, offers panoramic views across Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu, and the Remarkables mountain range.
This home offers refined retreat within easy reach of Queenstown’s bustling centre. Ascend to the upper level to discover a soaring triple-height living space anchored by a chef’s kitchen with a sleek granite island and oversized walk-in pantry. The living area features a cosy gas fireplace, a grand piano, and a dedicated home‑office nook for two. Step outside onto terrace and into a sheltered courtyard paved with Timaru stone. Here, guests can soak in the spa pool, relax by the wood-burning fire, or try their hand on the putting green.
Guests will have access to whole property, including internal garage, spa pool, garden, outdoor BBQ and main house.
MajorDomo will be available via email or phone to assist with all of your needs - we offer a complimentary concierge service to our guests to assist with any activity and restaurant bookings, and can offer a selection of in house services.
As your villa is also a private home, we have strict policies around the use of the property. Should you be thinking of inviting external guests or hosting a function, party, or gathering at the villa, we require that you first obtain our permission. There may be additional costs associated with hosting functions.
This home is managed by a professional management company, and you will be required to pay a security deposit directly to the management company via credit card prior to your arrival.
