Step into the charm of old Fitzroy with this character-filled terrace home. This property is a warm and inviting home that retains many original features, giving it a unique, authentic feel. With ducted heating throughout, it’s a cosy retreat in all seasons. The home includes a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and the bonus of a classic outdoor laundry and toilet – a nod to its heritage roots. Perfect for families or small groups, this house offers comfort, space, and a true sense of Melbourne history.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds

St Francis is ideally located in Fitzroy, one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and eclectic neighbourhoods. Just a short stroll from iconic Brunswick Street, you’ll be surrounded by cafes, vintage stores, bars, galleries, and local markets. Whether you're exploring the art-filled laneways, enjoying a live gig, or brunching at a local institution, you’ll find Fitzroy full of energy and character. Public transport is close by, making it easy to explore the rest of Melbourne too.
Sorry, there is no allocated parking for this property, there is however paid parking nearby and timed on street parking.
Available for short and long term stays.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
