Enjoy unimpeded views of the bay from the generously sized west facing deck any time of day. Bahama Princess features an outdoor pool, as well as a community pier for fishing enthusiasts. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. The property is perfectly located close to Jolly Roger, countless restaurants including Buxy’s Salty Dog, Barn 34, and Ripieno's Italian Bistro, plus you are only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk starting on 27th street, and a quick drive to the Inlet. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, private bath with enclosed glass shower stall and sliders to private cozy balcony for 2 facing the pool area . The second bedroom features a single over full bunk bed, tv, & ceiling fan. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. The loft area features a tv, Queen Sleep sofa, and love seat. Note the rental only provides one dedicated parking spot. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer are provided in the condo for your convenience. Property rents any 3 nights. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping property - note smoking is only allowed on the sidewalk or street. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
