Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off.
Please return the keys back to the mailbox upon checkout.

Penalties will apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.
Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house to unlock the door depending on availability (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be utilised to cover any damage or loss happens in the property caused by the guest.
