Bedroom 3 – Cosy tropical-inspired room with Queen bed, afternoon sun, wardrobe, ceiling fan, desk, and smart TV.

The modern bathroom features a double shower and a luxurious oversized egg bath—perfect after a beach day. Two separate toilets add extra convenience.

Unwind in the open-plan living and dining area, designed for comfort with plenty of natural light and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor, and mixer. Overlooking the garden and native birdlife, it’s a peaceful place to cook. Enjoy complimentary fresh ground coffee, tea, and basic breakfast items and cooking essentials.

Step onto the front porch and relax on the swinging chair or daybed—guest favourite! There’s also a BBQ and outdoor dining area for easy alfresco meals.

Guest access & privacy
You’ll have exclusive use of the front section with a private entrance and outdoor areas. The rear section is separate and not part of the guest space. We may be on-site at the rear at times using a separate entrance, while respecting your privacy.
