1. Check-in anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out by 11:00 AM.

2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—thanks for keeping things peaceful

3. Please no parties or events—we like to keep the space calm and relaxing

4. Only registered guests are allowed in the home, otherwise an extra guests charge will be added worth $50 per individual per night.

5. No smoking or vaping indoors—feel free to step outside if needed. A fine of $200 will be charged otherwise.

6. Clean up after using the shared kitchen or BBQ so it’s nice for everyone

7. Sorry, no pets—some guests may have allergies

8. Please lock the doors when you head out for safety

9. Be kind and respectful to other guests and to the host—we’re happy to share this space with you!

10. Washer/Dryer available for stays 5 days or longer upon request.

11. Decorations not available to be taken or destroyed. Damage charges will be applied otherwise. Please dont move furniture.
