Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations. The fully equipped kitchen offers a bright, clean, and modern aesthetic. Granite countertops in a sophisticated light beige and tan speckled pattern contrast elegantly with crisp white cabinets. Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
