It features direct golf course views from the large rear deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs, and offers four generously sized bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests, with a bedding configuration of one King bed and three Queen beds.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essential cookware, while air conditioning is provided throughout the entire home for year-round comfort. The open-plan living and dining area features a 55” Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, creating a welcoming space to relax or work.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor BBQ and covered deck overlooking expansive green space, along with two contemporary bathrooms and full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
