Welcome to our centrally located haven in Christchurch, where comfort and convenience meet in a brand-new, secure gated complex. Our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is perfect for both business and family travelers, ensuring a seamless stay in the heart of the city.
Indulge in the luxury of our fully tiled bathrooms, complete with hotel-quality linen for a restful night`s sleep. Unwind in the sun-drenched ambiance, with two heat pumps providing optimal climate control year-round.
For those who love to cook, our well-appointed kitchen awaits with modern amenities, including a coffee machine, wine glasses, and cheese platters – ideal for entertaining on the outside deck. Families will appreciate the added convenience of baby gates on the stairs, a portacot, highchair, and an array of toys for the little ones.
Parking is stress-free with a secure garage at no additional charge. Need more space? Extra trundler beds are available for larger families of 6, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to retreat after exploring the city.

**You have access to the entire townhouse **
** single trundler beds are available for the 5th and/or 6th person - ideally suited to children. A charge of $30 applies each for these to be available and set up with linen.
You have access to the whole townhouse and internal garage.
We here to answer any questions you might have, we are more than happy to help! We are both from Christchurch and take pride in offering advice on what to see, where to eat and what to do in our garden city!
Hop skip or jump to all that our wonderful city has to offer. This townhouse is the perfect base to explore all corners of Christchurch City.
This townhouse has one park - in the garage. There is on street parking also. If you are exploring central city there are lots of options. A 10 min walk will get you into the centre of town. Grab an Uber or catch the number 60 bus across the road which leaves every 15 minutes and gets into town in 5 min.
Parking in central city starts at $3 an hour
So the above options are the most affordable!
We have baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for your little ones safety.
We can supply a portacot and high chair upon request, we are also happy to drop off a small box of toys and books for the duration of your stay.
Parking- you have access to a single garage with internal access. IMPORTANT Please note this garage is small therefore large SUV type vehicles especially with tow bars/ roof racks/ roof boxes may not be suitable and will need to be parked on the street ( free parking )
If you would like to bring your own linen I can send a special offer removing this cost.
Due to being in a complex we have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and any unauthorised gatherings disturbing our neighbours will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am please get in touch 24 hours in advance if you would like to request a late checkout. There may be a fee.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and please keep the doors closed to the property if you are smoking outside. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a minimum $200 fee. We would appreciate it if our home is left in a reasonable condition, please take care when carrying bags upstairs and remove
your shoes. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Please report any damages, spills or stains so we have ample time to get these sorted before next guests arrive. A charge for replacement or cleaning may be applicable.
