Berkshire Lake access

Our beautiful offshore lake house is walking distance to a private HOA beach. Bring friends or family to our four bedroom two bath house with a large open living/kitchen area and a quiet sun room where you can read and watch the birds. Or have cocktails.

Cook a family meal in the well appointed kitchen. There are extra table leafs in the closet to add space for your guests. Enjoy! Your on vacation.

This house can be rented for multi month periods for a greatly reduced price. Contact owner for info.

Great access to the lake, just a two minute walk. Kayaks with the rental were in good shape and easy to get to.Love the sunroom and the kitchen/living room layout. All in all, a great stay.

Peaceful and beautiful

Joni's house was in a perfect location with a short walk to a serene private beach. The home was clean and well outfitted, and the open-concept layout light-filled and relaxing. We would definitely visit again, but next time a longer stay!

Lovely, comfortable stay

House was true to the description. Located in a nice, lakefront community, it felt homey and comfortable. We used the kayaks, visited Tanglewood and went on a bike ride. Perfect weekend. Thank you!

Clean house by nice lake!

Everything about this was easy and convenient, from communication with Joni to its sweet location just steps from a lake. My family of four were plenty comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay again!

wonderful stay

I went for the weekend with my father to get some time away from our busy work lives and the Jodi our host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. check in was easy and house was very clean and well kept. neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and the house wifi worked great and it was very comfortable. House was close to pittsfield and some other nice towns and attractions. would definitely stay here again and could not have asked for a better experience

A great house!

We gathered with family and had a wonderful time at Joni's house. She's a great host, responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable and truly had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The lake is beautiful. We went swimming and kayaking, enjoyed the grill and fire pit, and hung out on the screened-in porch. It was everything we were hoping for, and we would love to return!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time near the lake. It is super close to walk to. We did bring lots of games to play for the rainy days. The house is beautiful and spacious. And the owner was wonderful about getting back to us as soon as possible. People in the neighborhood were super nice. It was a wonderful week off

This is our third year here. We love it Joni is so easy to get a hold of. The house is so clean, it is so nice to not have to bring your own towels, sheets. My kids love the lake and it is quiet which is so nice. There is a fire pit which we usef everyday! Already going to book for next year!

We are Peter and Joni Berardino, from Austin, Tx. We bought our first lake cottage (next door) four years ago and love to come whenever we can. We have enjoyed great success renting to others and decided to purchase this four season home so we can come year round.
We have three adult children and three grandchildren. We are both still working (sort of) and enjoying our frequent getaways to the Berkshires.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This house is very special. The previous owners had it for 50 years! It was completely remodeled in 2001 by a local custom builder. The house has an open living/kitchen/dining area surrounded by four bedrooms and two baths. There is a lovely sun room with both glass windows and screens for the summer. Our yard has beautiful trees atop a forest floor type lawn. The general neighborhood is very small with unique cottages and homes. Most with gorgeous yards. The lake is clean and picturesque. The water is clear enough to see the fish swimming.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Very close lake access without the high price of being on the water. Due to the terrain and trees you can barely see the lake from the house. But you can be on the small private beach in two minutes. Just cross the street and walk down the hill.

Sit in the screened porch in the evening with your glass of wine or in the morning with your coffee. The birds are tweeting and you can watch the chipmunks scamper around the yard.
