We rent in a house, a pleasant two-room apartment on the first floor, in Vence, in a quiet area, on the outskirts of the Regional Natural Park of the Préalpes d'Azur.
It benefits from an ideal geographical location to discover our beautiful region, sea, mountains, hilltop villages, hikes ...

You will be a 15- to 20-minute walk from the downtown of Vence, where you will find many shops, restaurants and activities, as well as an outdoor municipal swimming pool.
Nice is about twenty km away and the beaches of Cagnes sur mer are 12 km away.

The apartment is self-catering and is located in a country house.
It includes a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and an office area, a living room with a 130 cm sofa bed and flat screen TV, a full kitchen, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet and washing machine.
You will find various storage, wardrobe, shelves, cupboards.
At the front you have a private terrace where you can relax and have your meals.
Parking is in our property.

The apartment is non-smoking, it is well maintained and is equipped with air conditioning. It will be perfect for two, with a maximum of three people.
Household products are at your disposal.

The apartment will need to be left clean, the bed is made on arrival. Towels are not provided.

We live right next door and will be happy to advise you on your outings.

For your arrival, you just have to let us know the approximate time and call us when you are there, we will come in person to welcome you.
