This home offers a flexible sleeping layout across multiple spaces. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a queen bed, and a second bedroom includes a king single. Downstairs, one bedroom includes a queen and single bed. In addition, a single bed is located in an annex off the second lounge. This space is separated with a moveable partition to offer added privacy, though it is not a separate bedroom.

There are two bathrooms in the house, providing added convenience for families or groups. A heat pump ensures comfort year-round, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The property features a shared driveway with off-street parking available for guest use. Outside, enjoy a peaceful garden setting ideal for a quiet morning coffee or evening wine.

The lakefront is just a 10-5 minute walk from the property, or a short drive if you prefer. You'll also find Taupo’s vibrant town centre, local cafés, and must-see attractions including Huka Falls and the nearby hot springs within easy reach.
