Super cozy and homey space! The host is super friendly, responds quick and made the check in and overall stay super smooth. It was a quick 20 min drive to downtown Victoria and close to tons of convenience in Langford, I would 100% recommend my friends and family to say here if they’re ever in the Victoria area!

Fairly good stay over all. Did not disclose the video camera directly above the suite door. Also didn’t mention the fact that there would be constant noise coming from upstairs in the form of banging on the floor (suite ceiling).

Hello Hunter, thanks for the feedback. The cameras were outdoor for the overall safety of everyone, including yourself and other guests. I also indicated cameras as part of the property’s facilities. Perhaps you missed that part. The noise you experienced is highly regrettable. Nice new suite, clean and mostly quiet. No linens for the trundel bed but host was responsive and we had them within about a half hour.People should be aware there is a full flight of stairs, one story down to the back yard where there is a level entry. It was my fault for not asking but we were disappointed because we wanted to have my elderly mother over.Not the hosts fault but we had a strange incident our first night and a stranger (to us) tried to enter our unit about 4:30 in the morning. He kept coming back but went on to the next unit at ground level. It was very nerve wracking and we finally yelled at him to leave and not come back or we would call the police. He admitted to trying our door but said it was a mistake and that his girlfriend was late. He stayed away after that but it was hard to get back to sleep!

Lovely stay except..

The suite was clean and brand new. Stylish and everything you need! Host is very polite and quick at responding. However the family upstairs were noisy, even after we asked them to be quiet so we could sleep.

Brand new everything include house and neighborhood! The owner is a very friendly person. Excellent is so many areas. Everything you need is there. The bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t call the pullout couch a proper bed though. However, with smaller kids it would be fine. The suite is accessed by stairs, so that might be an issue for guests with mobility challenges. And if you have to go into Victoria or return during rush hours, then get ready to experience heavy traffic. Otherwise, it’s a nice area with Costco, Home Depot, grocery stores, restaurants, parks all within a couple of minutes. I’d definitely stay there again.
