Beautiful home filled with light & a sense of warmth & happiness! Set in East Vic Park close to the train station (coming soon) & walking distance to the cafe strips in Vic Park. Only 5km from Perth CBD, an ideal place to stay, central to everything. 3BR 2BA 2-storey townhouse has 2 separate lounge areas & a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area. Two Smart TVs, chefs kitchen & beautiful timber dining table for family meals. A double remote garage in a quiet complex.
