Situated in Winnipeg's bustling downtown is this quiet reprieve just for you. Free parking included.
You will have full and sole access to the entire condo. Please note that it is a three-story walk-up staircase to get to the suite.
Located steps away from the Fort Gary Hotel & Spa, which has a gym & aquatic center. It's a 6-minute walk from the RBC Convention Center, 5-minute walk to the local grocery store, a 2-min walk to the train station, 12-15 min walk to Osborne village, and close to all major bus routes.
Our building does not have an elevator so it's not physically accessible, but is free of discrimination.
One-bedroom apartment all to yourself on the third and top floor of a beautiful historical building. It sleeps 3 people total, 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the futon.
Notice thoughtful touches so you feel at home and at ease, with plenty of games and books for your entertainment.
The space is also equipped with a smart TV that you can use at your leisure by logging in to your own favourite streaming services.
