But if you want wide open spaces, you’ll find it just beyond the sliding glass doors, which give way to a sprawling wooden deck with dual chaise lounges and al fresco seating for four around a patio table. Unwind and take in the panorama of surf and sand where rolling sea-grass dunes give way to the rippling waters of the ocean. The only thing between you and the water? The deep blue of the complex pool is located just steps away. Pool area provides lounge chairs and spacious decking with special area complete with clean, ready to use grills for small or large gatherings.

You’ll find space and elegance in abundance in both bedrooms in this villa. The first pairs two queen size beds in vibrant tropical linens in a suite with flat screen Smart TV and a massive adjoining back featuring speckled granite counters on a dual-basin vanity and a spacious corner soaking tub sized for two with shower. Enjoy lounge chairs privately placed outside door with sunset views year around. Bedroom and Bath were reconfigured to close off privately with pocket door from rest of villa with access from bedroom to bath. Villa is perfect for two couples or families.

The master suite places a roomy king size bed beneath an elegantly modern ceiling fan in a suite with a Smart TV, walk in closet, and adjoining bath featuring an eye-catching granite vanity, custom mural and sliding glass walk-in shower with elegant tile and riverstone.
