INSIDE:
Walk through the gate, and just like that — your vacation begins. At Sunset Ridge, everything is set up for comfort, connection, and memory-making.

The open-concept layout keeps everyone close, whether you’re preparing meals or just hanging out. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, a wine fridge, six stools at the island, and a dining table for six — making it easy for everyone to gather, chat, and enjoy meals together with a view of the lake.

When the weather invites you indoors, the living room is a cozy retreat. Plush leather couches are perfect for cuddling up on rainy days, and the gas fireplace and smart TV offer the perfect setup for movie nights or quiet afternoons. Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable no matter the season.

There’s even a ping pong table in the garage — a favorite spot for some friendly family competition.

OUTSIDE:
Step outside to everything you dreamed of in a cottage getaway.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck’s outdoor living room, or gather at the picnic table or dining table for lakeside meals fresh off the gas BBQ. In the evening, cozy up around the firepit overlooking the lake, the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories under the stars.

With private access to the lake and two kayaks included, adventure is always within reach. There’s also a playset for the kids to enjoy while you relax and take in the breathtaking views. Your private access takes you down to the shores of Lake Huron.

NOTE: Approx. 80 stairs down to the beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

NOTE: Primary renter must be 25 yrs old and provide government issued photo id. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund.

The pace of life slows down in Bayfield. When you vacation here, it's easy to experience each day to its fullest.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/car shows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.
Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.

You're just 1 minute from White Squirrel Golf Club, perfect for a round on the lush summer greens or a laid-back afternoon at their patio restaurant. Downtown Bayfield is only 10 minutes away—browse the charming boutiques and enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the quaint cafes.
