THE GENEPI

The Génépi is an exceptional 7-room duplex, which offers a modern and warm decoration, within the Chalet de la Marmotte in the magnificent village resort of Bonneval sur Arc (1800m - 3000m). The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking. Any extra cleaning service will cost 320€.

The South / West orientation allows you to benefit from a dream panorama from its 40m² circular balcony and a beautiful light in the apartment.
It can accommodate 12 people with a large living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Very comfortable, the apartment also has a sauna and a balneo bath.

This apartment is a rare commodity, its many sleeping possibilities, water features and its large living room, make it a perfect place to accommodate several families or a group of friends (up to 12 people).

- POLO BONIFACE: a bedroom, with a convertible sofa that can also be used as a TV room, game room or office, equipped with a Smart TV.

- L’AIGLON: a mountain corner dormitory, with 4 beds (90 x 190 wooden beds), ideal for children (high beds are not suitable for children under 6)

The bedding is upscale. Beds are made on arrival, reception open every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding Wednesday), supply of household linen and cleaning includes to ensure your comfort. All bedding is equipped with mattresses, pillows and duvets.

Possibility of short-term rental 3 nights minimum
