One bedroom-kings size bed with 65in TV, two nights stands with two lamps, full closet and mirror.
Second bedroom queen size bed with 65in Tv, full closet, two nightstands with two lamps, and mirror.
Third bedroom one queen size bed, bunk bed with full size bed and twin on top, with 65inTv, one-night stan with lamp, and a full Bath

LIVING ROOM
Living room has 75in TV a pull-out Queen sofa bed coffee table and 2chairs.

BATHROOMS
Two full baths, one is in bunk bedroom second is between queen bedroom and bunkbed.

KITCHEN
Full kitchen with large dining table. Dripping coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine, toaster.

Big outdoor space for seating, plenty space to seat down and relax dining table for outside is separate from relaxing seating and two long lounge chairs. Gas grill Weber. Golf area as well firepit and four chairs to relax by firepit. The whole backyard is fully fenced

Pool Heating.
Please note, the pool temperature is highly affected by outside temperature. If the nights are cold, the pool temperature will not reach the desirable temperature during the day. The pool temperature will go down at night and start warming up during the early morning hours. We strive to make the pool temperature in the mid 80’s however, it is significantly dependent on the outside temperature. *
This is eclectic pool heater and it set automatically to heat.
Heating pool is on from October thru April. Please note, the pool heater is set at 85 degrees and it turns on automatically. It will turn off during later evening hours and turn back on during the early morning hours. Depending on the weather it will not always be 85 in the morning. It will take some time to warm up throughout the day. Pool is set to 85 degrees and it may feel less but going more then 85 degrease is hot tub temperature.

Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
Our home has camera at front of the house ONLY by the main door, its for yours and our safety. No camera IN the house our around the pool.
Other things to note
Pool heating is on from November to April. Due to low temperatures at night pool water will go below 70 degrees, we have pool set to 85 degrees and it heated all day! Heating is pay additional due to electric bill and electricity. We only heat pool to make it comfortable not a hot tub. Anything above 85 is considered as hot tub temperature.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Do not under any circumstance disturb residential neighbors with loud voices and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced



1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening.
3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00am please be on time to departure from the home, if you have super early take off, please let us know.
