Luxuriously cozy apartment suite in the heart of Toronto with 2 bed, 2 baths and 2 breathtaking windows for the view of Avenue Road any night, any day. Gym located on the 3rd floor, can be used any times of the day, accessible with the key fob.
This condo location is on the Road of the Bloor-Yorkville Shopping District:
The building is physically located on the well-known Bloor Street, right in the heart of Toronto’s world-class shopping district, Bloor-Yorkville. In this area, luxury items and boutique brands are sold and can be seen within a range of walking-distance.
Closed-by Amenities:
1. TTC subway station: Bay. 1 minute walk after getting into the lobby
2. Restaurant: Within the range of the building location.
3. Groceries store: Independent City Market Bloor (Metro). 3 minutes away.
4. Parking lot: 165 Cumberland Ave.
