Step into luxury at Hidden Dunes 1504, a fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo where no detail has been overlooked. This beautifully updated retreat features elegant coastal design, high-end finishes, and a spacious open layout perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The primary suite offers stunning Gulf views, balcony access, and a serene ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom stands out with two queen beds—a rare find in vacation rentals—offering generous space and comfort. Each bed in the condo is thoughtfully outfitted with built-in USB ports, making it easy to keep devices charged and within reach.

Whether you're waking up to the sound of the waves or winding down after a day in the sun, this upscale condo combines style and function to create the perfect beachside escape.

1504 is part of the award-winning Hidden Dunes resort. Known for its tennis center, long stretch of deeded beach access, forested lodging and outdoor recreation areas, it also offers guests three pool decks and grilling areas, basketball court, kids play areas and fitness center. Behind its gates are acres of walking paths, lakes and fountains. However, this natural beauty is not also complimented by conveniences thanks to its proximity to two outdoor malls, myriads of restaurants and designer pro golf courses.

Hidden Dunes community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Gorgeous place to stay!!! We stayed in condo 1504. It was exactly like the photos and clean. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was the parking for the condo. The parking garage was small.

Great Place!

This was our first visit to the Destin area and we'll definitely be back. Beach and water were beautiful at this location. This condo was one of the nicest ones we've stayed in. Great location, awesome oceanfront views up and down the coast. We're a family of four with two teenagers and it had everything we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable and secure. Resort was great as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Having the daily complimentary beach service with umbrella and chairs ready for us each morning was a nice perk. Highly recommend this one!

While we had a great time, this unit needs a makeover from head to toe. The carpet and furniture is stained and needs to be replaced. The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The location is great and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Wonderful

Great condo in an awesome property. Beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice, clean condo. The property is in a secure, easily accessible location. Only negatives are that there was some elevator noise in the 2nd bedroom (they did provide a fan which helped), the TV system was hard to use, and all the mirrors. Otherwise highly recommend, we'd consider coming again!

Family Vacation

This Condo is very outdated. It is right by the elevator and the kids bedroom is very loud with elevator traffic. The door to the balcony is very hard to open. The parking at this resort is horrible. The beach is very nice and not crowded.

Hidden Dunes Unit 1504

We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes. The unit was clean & the view is great! But, Unit 1504 needs to be updated. Countertops, sinks & cabinets look very old. The master bedroom furniture really needs an update, the dresser is broken. For the price we paid, it was surprising that it hadn't been updated.

May 2018 Stay

The property we stayed in was certainly below the standards we have seen at Hidden Dunes for the last 15 years. The décor is outdated and the unit severely lacks in kitchen supplies (cookware, utensils, and the necessities). Some of the lighting does not function properly. Just not what we have experienced in the past.

Hidden Dunes Gulfside

We've stayed at multiple units over the last 10-15 years. The view from the balcony is perfect! The unit had good electronics and the furniture was comfortable. The HVAC worked great especially since we were in this heat wave. We did experience multiple problems in the unit with the kitchen and our rental agency did send a technician that needed a part to repair the ice machine. He did return the next day with the part but the ice machine still didn't work as it should have but we managed. The front door was needed an adjustment because it made a scraping noise every time is was used. I also used my own screw driver to fix the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony. Not a big deal but I didn't want one of my kids pulling it off. It was a nice freebie that the rental agency provided an umbrella and chairs for the week as well. We had a restful week, good weather on the property. During the summer peak, it is challenging to find parking in the small lot at HD Gulfside. We will go back to Hidden Dunes but will probably select another unit.

Lots of "Puffing"

This rental unit was clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the bedding in the MBR (only BR we used) which made for a good night's sleep. However, if you like to have a lie in on vacation, the white blinds allow all of the daylight through early in the morning (it amplifies with the white bedding and mirrors) so the room brightens up quickly and you can forget any chance of sleeping past 7am, even when it's cloudy. The LR was very cozy. The Home Theater system that is advertised, uses a special remote to run everything which would be great if it had actually worked. It's battery wouldn't hold a charge. The only thing we could operate without it by hand was the cable box. I had to make 5 phone calls and finally go by the office two days later in order to get it resolved. It rained most of the time we were there so that was a huge inconvenience. Many of the outlets are wore out and won't hold plugs; none of them worked in the bathroom so I'd have to dry my hair in the LR. The dresser drawers are falling apart which could easily be fixed, like the outlets. The kitchen was stocked ok. The microwave was old. Took 11 minutes to heat 1 small bowl of pasta. They do make sure to have pricing sheets for everything on the inside of the cabinet, down to how much you'll owe if a fork is missing. I found that to be distasteful as I've never seen that in any of the other properties I've rented. I guess the designer bath products they mention were the two small, hotel size bars of Aqua brand soap. The "friendly" beach attendants must have been on vacation this week. We felt like it was a chore for them to direct us to the seats they wanted us to have and they were constantly closing our umbrellas; even while we were under them. At first, we thought it was because of storms but then they were doing it even while the sun was out...to everyone. I have had skin cancer in the past so I have to use an umbrella. As I mentioned, it rained a lot so we would literally perch on the balcony waiting to run out when the rain slowed down enough. Every time the afternoon rain slowed down around 3pm and we'd go back out, they'd tell us they were going to start taking the chairs down in an hour and they did. Lastly, we never got any chocolate candy ;) I probably would have never taken the time to write this review had there not been so much "puffing" throughout their description... especially on things that could have easily been remedied.
