Had a wonderful time, close to Crown and DFO . Easy to get around in the city.The only thing was our apartment needed a coffee table , sitting on the couch had no where to put our drinks.

Blind was missing in bedroom, unusual smell in the apartment, window latches broken, carpet needed a good clean. The overall apartment needed a good clean, including skirting boards. Cleaning the aircon might help with the smell. Deck wasnt very inviting, just grubby.

We understand how disappointing it would have been to find the carpets, skirting boards, air conditioning and deck not presented to an acceptable standard. Based on your feedback, we have scheduled maintenance to address the window latches and replace the missing blind, and our housekeeping team has been engaged to carry out a thorough deep clean, including the carpets, deck and air conditioning unit to address the smell.
