You'll find two comfortable queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with recliner seatings, and a private alfresco space featuring a BBQ and Smart TV—ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing evenings. Our home also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, full laundry facilities, and two dedicated on-site parking spaces for your convenience.

No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
If BBQ is used please clean them after use (as you found them), otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $1000 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
