We had a wonderful two night stay before a cruise. It was perfect for four couples to share. The property was clean and the owner was easy to contact.

I really enjoyed my stay …If had to make a suggestion I would say to manicure the lawn front and back much better..I enjoy a nice yard & it wasn’t that & better curtains but other then that I loved the place

The house is amazing. Everything you see on the picture is what you receive. It was a nice stay. I definitely would recommend this and I will be coming back.

This house was disappointing, and certainly not worth the 5,400 we paid for four nights. When we arrived, the pool was dirty, the outdoor furniture was dirty and in some cases, tattered. The outdoor tv didn’t work, nor were there instructions. Two fans were so corroded that we were afraid to turn them on. Inside, the living area looked nothing like the photos on VRBO. Those photos show a lovely black leather sectional and rug; what we found was a beat up cloth sectional that was totally uncomfortable and no rug. The overhead light in the living room popped on and off randomly, as did the fire alarm/smoke detector, which went off once at 2:22 in the morning. There was a gaping hole in the kitchen where a smoke detector apparently once was. The two side chairs were stained…When we called the property manager after we arrived and saw the condition of the house, the call went to voicemail, which was full, so we couldn’t leave a message. After emailing the owner, Allen, about the pool and lack of bath towels, he sent someone out the next day.

Upon entering the home, there was a moldy musty smell covered by bleach. Allegedly, the cleaning people had just been there but there was mold in the shower and hair on the floor of the shower! There was also dark brown substance on the light switch, not even sure what that was. Owner tried to tell me it was wear and tear, but a hotel shower sees more traffic and doesn’t even look like that. There were stains all over the furniture, it was so dirty. The home was also not as close to the areas it claimed to be. Took a while to get ahold of the host, and get things semi resolved, and of course they wouldn’t give us a full refund. Had my pregnant sister in law with me, and we had to book a hotel as she couldn’t breathe because of the smell, and it became a health hazard for us all. Originally tried to cancel our trip due to a family emergency, host said no refund, because he had to book a hotel for the weekend for his family, and we made arrangements to come anyway and try to make the best of our trip. What a disappointment that was. Turns out the owner of this property lives in Canada, so he’s probably never even seen the house himself. He had a property manager contacting us and he was no help either. Had to also contact VRBO for instructions to get in the house because the host didn’t answer for hours, now knowing what I know it was because of the time difference with him being in Canada. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, as it’s just simply not advertised properly.

Great stay! The house was clean and comfy

We had a great time in this Fort Lauderdale home. The house was spacious and well-kept, the area was convenient for everything, and the hosts were friendly and on top of communication. Would book again
