HOA and Clubhouse Access Information:
* Heritage HOA office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can only be picked up Monday through Friday from 1 pm - 4 pm.
* Mail cannot be sent to this property
* 30-night minimum stay required per HOA
* 24/7 Guarded gated community
* Lead guest must be age 25 or older. ID is checked upon registration at the resort.
* Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival.
* Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for the membership card paid upon arrival to the HOA.
* Membership covers two adults at the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included.
* Guests not in the same household may accompany a member when using the clubhouse.
* Additional Fees payable to the HOA at the clubhouse upon arrival for stay - $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for a permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Prices are subject to change and must be confirmed with the clubhouse.
18 Holes - Prices will vary depending on the season, from $40 to $75 per member. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; tee times are arranged between the guest and the clubhouse.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS:
- We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
- If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
- If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
- No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
